Well, I posted this 24th of May this year, have changed os version severaltimes since that event ;P But the problem did persist as long as i ran 8.04 LTS. Dit not experience it in 8.10 though. Okay, thats both good news and bad news... now we cant figure out what caused the bug. If you run into this problem again, please reopen the bug by setting the status back to "new".
