I can confirm this issue with Hardy Heron (8.04) - German Version. It seems to be Nautilus-related indeed and can be reproduced easily: · Configure Nautilus to ask on emptying the Trash. · Move some files to Thrash. · Restart Nautilus, e.g. using the command ``pkill nautilus'' on the shell. · Go to Trash and click "Empty Trash".
