You have to associate Wine with the .msi file first - the Intrepid package I uploaded last night does this, but the ones available on budgetdedicated still do not. This is partially fixed in Wine since 0.9.60. Yup, it's on my todo list. Ideally, we'd want to set the working directory properly too, which is why a small script might be better than just running msiexec.
