Binary package hint: network-manager

Hi! Good day, my Acer Aspire 5570 has a small slider switch which allows
you to turn on/off the wifi connection on, i was really surprise that
turning this switch off was working as advertise, but turning this on
doesn't work as expected.

Restarting the system would do the trick, on Ubuntu fiesty it work
flawlessy
