Both Ubuntu and Kubuntu are in Main. The Kubuntu ones do not have LTS. Nothing, it's the same bug tracker, it's just that the Kubuntu devs are the ones that normally look after py qt stuff. Python-qt4 is package in Ubuntu/main repository, so i guess it _has_ LTS. This bug is still present in Ubuntu 8.04. Is the newer package or python-qt4 going to be made available (or the fix backported)? Please don't reopen old bugs. The more correct way to express a desire to get a fix into an earlier release is to nominate the bug for that release.
