Please try to obtain a backtrace following the instructions at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and upload the backtrace (as an attachment) to the bug report. This will greatly help us in tracking down your problem. Please also indicate the versions of the packages you are using. However, this bug may have been fixed in a later release of Ubuntu and it's unlikely that the fix will be quickly ported to 7.10. It may be easier for you to test azureus on Hardy or Intrepid.
