[Bug 239785] Re: kernel lacks drbd module
The module is present in all ubuntu kernels but the virtual kernel. So I assume it has been removed for no obvious reason and because of that can be considered a bug. Why does this require more discussion? Correct me if I am wrong but I thought that its the goal of the virtual kernel to strip unneeded hardware drivers and add paravirtualizsation things like VMI and not to remove normal features from the kernel... -- kernel lacks drbd module https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/239785 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 239785] Re: kernel lacks drbd module
Thank you for your suggestion. However, the changes you are requesting aren't really a bug and require more discussion, which should be done on an appropriate mailing list or forum. http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/mailinglists might be a good start for determining which mailing list to use. ** Changed in: linux-meta (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- kernel lacks drbd module https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/239785 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
