Which distro are you using? Are you also using fusion-icon? Can you also please tell us which checkboxes you enabled in compiz , and do not see the relevant effects? Please provide the version of Ubuntu and the package (compiz) you have installed when filing a bug. Please provide the steps to be followed to reproduce the bug. Also note that the key board shortcuts and compiz shortcuts may over ride one another if they are the same.
