I'm getting the same result going to www.yahoo.com. I tried creating a new profile, and got the same result. Possibly related to your plugins and extensions--I notice flash content
on that page, for example. Try starting firefox in safe mode ("firefox
-safe-mode"), to disable all plugins and extensions, and see if you can
still get it to happen. If not, enable and disable different addons to
see what is causing it.
