Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-core

Having problems installing xsever-xorg.core pkg. Did a "Build-Dep"
check in the terminal. Came w/a list of unmet dependencies, requested
permission installed dependent files. I did so successfully. I still
get the following error msg:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
xserver-xorg-core: Depends: xserver-xorg but it is not going to be installed

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Using the Update Mgr, it indicated that some of my Respositories may be out of
date OR that I need to ADD some Respositories.
If so, how do I go about finding out WHICH Respositories am I missing, etc.?

Using same PC that I have Hardy Heron on, which runs fine, no problems.

Using an AMD Sempron 2400 Socket A/462 PC with 1.5GB SDRAM and an ATI
Radeon 9600XT AGP 256MB Video Card
