Public bug reported:
libeditline does not support the ANSI key sequences for the home, end,
or delete keys, and prints out a ~ instead. This trivial patch enables
those keys to do the expected actions.
It would be really nice to have this for hardy. :)

I patched against the already patched ubuntu version of the source. Not
100% sure of the 'proper' way to submit patches, so if this isn't
correct let me know the proper steps and I'll redo it. :)
