Public bug reported: (Forum page http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=5583579#post5583579)
I am trying to install Ubuntu off of an x86 liveCD. During install, as soon as it tries the partitioner, I get a dialog box that tells me that there was a signal 10. It says to check the syslog. I have pasted the syslog http://paste.cluenet.org/954 <-- here. This is on a Laptop (Acer) with one sda containing two Windows partitions (That I'd change, provided the installer would get to that step.). I have verified this disk (install), and it is fine. Thanks. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: (Forum page http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=5583579#post5583579) I am trying to install Ubuntu off of an x86 liveCD.
