[Bug 263122] Re: Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions.
Its not very clear to me why you want to rebuild openscenegraph: libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph7 are both binary packages of openscenegraph ? If you are talking about the NBS list (http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-archive/NBS/) then only osgcal needs to be rebuilt (if the FTBFS is solved). ** Changed in: openscenegraph (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/263122 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 263122] Re: Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions.
You are right, I have been mislead by the libopenscenegraph6 NBS (http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-archive/NBS/libopenthreads6) that involve both osgcal and libopenscenegraph6 packages and forgetting that libopenscenegraph6 will be superseded by libopenscenegraph7. Sorry, I close the openscenegraph task as invalid. For osgcal and the FTBFS I have linked the successful build on my PPA in my previous reply. ** Changed in: openscenegraph (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Invalid -- Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/263122 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Be aware that osgcal currently FTBFS on i386: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/osgcal/0.1.46-2.1/+build/678616 It doesn't on all other arches since the test which fails is skipped, so, its either the test which is wrong or the package really doesn't work. -- Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/263122 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 263122] Re: Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions.
I don't have upload the debdiffs yesterday because the packages have not finished to build on my PPA. Here the debdiff for openscenegraph source package ** Attachment added: openscenegraph_2.4.0-1.1build1.debdiff http://launchpadlibrarian.net/17186123/openscenegraph_2.4.0-1.1build1.debdiff -- Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/263122 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 263122] Re: Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions.
For osgcal I have search in the build log and found this error: (EE) AIGLX error: dlopen of /usr/lib/dri/swrast_dri.so failed (/usr/lib/dri/swrast_dri.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory) I have also found that this file is provided by the libgl1-mesa-dri package. Trying both depends and rdepends on apt-cache I have found (among with the help of ~d.filoni) the possible cause of the problem: # apt-cache depends libgl1-mesa-glx libgl1-mesa-glx ... Conflicts: libgl1-mesa-dri Replaces: libgl1 libgl1-mesa-glx libgl1-mesa-swx11 Replaces: libgl1-mesa-dri So I have tried adding the libgl1-mesa-dri package as build-dep in debian/control and the package was successfully built on my PPA: https://launchpad.net/~volans/+archive/+build/704939 I attach here the debdiff ** Attachment added: osgcal_0.1.46-2.1ubuntu1.debdiff http://launchpadlibrarian.net/17186188/osgcal_0.1.46-2.1ubuntu1.debdiff -- Packages need rebuild for libopenthreads6 - libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph6 - libopenscenegraph7 transitions. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/263122 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
