[Bug 267139] Re: [intrepid] mouse speed is chronically slow and settings are ignored
Hi! I still have this problem with my HP dv2935la. Mouse acceleration is working though which makes it slightly more bearable, but the mouse sensitivity setting is still ignored. I've also tried changing the xorg.conf manually and using gsynaptics with no success. //T -- [intrepid] mouse speed is chronically slow and settings are ignored https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/267139 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 267139] Re: [intrepid] mouse speed is chronically slow and settings are ignored
Also on Intrepid with a Toshiba Portege M200. I'm using an external mouse but when using the trackpad it's extremely slow, a complete finger move from one side to the other is not even one inch on the screen. I thought there's preferences for each, trackpad and mouse, but there's only one preferences setting. How to tell the system that those two devices have, most probably, different dpi settings? xorg.conf? Sorry, I'm a newby from Mac and Amiga and have no clue, or at least not much. -- [intrepid] mouse speed is chronically slow and settings are ignored https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/267139 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
