[Bug 267929] Re: The installer cannot set proper network access
As your eth0 interface is set properly, there is no need to crate a bug for this package. Again, it seems that on new installs, the file /etc/network/interfaces should have only (as the network is done by network-manager by default): auto lo iface lo inet loopback ** Changed in: netcfg (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- The installer cannot set proper network access https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/267929 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 267929] Re: The installer cannot set proper network access
First of all the network-manager (atleast the latest) doesn't use /etc/network/interfaces -file to setup network. Also this package isn't related to the installer. As you said that "The eth0 interface is set properly", I will close this bug for network-manger. ** Changed in: network-manager Status: New => Invalid -- The installer cannot set proper network access https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/267929 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 267929] Re: The installer cannot set proper network access
Invaliding because the ssh isn't related to the installer. ** Changed in: openssh Status: New => Invalid -- The installer cannot set proper network access https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/267929 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
