Is anyone still experiencing this with KDE4.1.4? If so does it happen reproducibly? If the answer to both of those is yes please install the package kdepim- dbg and induce the crash. On my machine it crashed just after restarting, I guess kmail is the culprit. I just downloaded my disconnected imap account, when it crashed. Since it happened overnight when the machine was unattended, not at will.
