[Bug 278135] Re: New stable version (2.4.2) available
2.5.1 has been merged for Jaunty. Backports of it are available at https://edge.launchpad.net/~intel-gfx-testing/+archive ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged = Fix Released -- New stable version (2.4.2) available https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278135 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 278135] Re: New stable version (2.4.2) available
Okay thanks. Did you find that with 2.4.2 that the X hang went away? If so, we may be able to SRU that specific fix into Intrepid, but it is too late to introduce a new version of the -intel driver into Intrepid. For Jaunty, shortly we'll be merging the 2.5 driver from Debian. ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = Wishlist Status: Incomplete = Triaged -- New stable version (2.4.2) available https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278135 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 278135] Re: New stable version (2.4.2) available
Hi kuchta, Please attach the output of `lspci -vvnn`, and attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file from after reproducing this issue. If you've made any customizations to your /etc/X11/xorg.conf please attach that as well. ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- New stable version (2.4.2) available https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278135 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 278135] Re: New stable version (2.4.2) available
Ok, just installed the latest version of the driver, but the issue (X locks up, after login in through gdm) remained. ** Attachment added: Xorg.0.log http://launchpadlibrarian.net/18627972/Xorg.0.log -- New stable version (2.4.2) available https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278135 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
