This bug was fixed in the package kdeadmin - 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2 --- kdeadmin (4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2) intrepid; urgency=low * Added kubuntu_02_add_delete_homedir.diff that makes the functions to add/delete homedirs etc. actually being called. Also, the user can't log in.
