[Bug 278567] [NEW] 8.10 destroys XP boot
Public bug reported: After installing Ubuntu 8.10 beta and making it dualboot with WindowsXP, Windows won't start anymore. Error message indicates that ntoskrnl.exe is missing. Needed to fixboot and foxmbr to get Windows XP working again. Also GRUB doesn't recognize Windows properly.
