I am simply not able to reproduce the problem. I have tried looking back in history as well, and these two packages do not have any files in common over time. Looks like kde4-style-qtcurve-kdeconfig is missing a conflicts on kde4 -style-qtcurve. I'll roll a patch to fix it properly, but in the meantime, you should be able to finish the install by removing kde4 -style-qtcurve-kdeconfig. Attached is an interdiff from 0.59.3-0ubuntu2 to add the necessary conflicts line; unless there's a new upstream version or whatever coming in, it should be applied to jaunty once the builds are working. I also believe it should be a good candidate for a stable update, as it merely adds a conflicts line to a pair of packages which cannot be installed together anyway.
