Ok. I think I have found the steps to reproduce the first issue. In fact if I report a bug via launchpad I receive an email that I label as "Ubuntu" and the I archive it. If a person add a comment to the previous bug I receive an email in the same tread of the previous email. So I archive it without labeling it as it is already labeled. The problem is that in this way the second email isn't downloaded in the right folder (that is Ubuntu) but only in All Mail. If I should have labeled the second email it should have been downloaded in the right folder (I tested this).
