Public bug reported:

I've recently installed Intrepid on my AMD64 system. Of about 7 times
I've used suspend or hibernate, in four cases when the system is woken
up, all of the applications become unresponsive. I can switch between
applications--the system sluggishly changes windows--but I cannot
scroll, nothing responds to clicking, I cannot enter text, and so forth.
The only solution I've found is to reboot the system. The only lines in
my system logs that seem to indicate an error is enclosed as an
attachment. Let me know if there are additional details I can provide.

** Affects: hibernate (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
