fdisk gives an "Unsupported suffix" error when the +cylinders syntax is
used to create a partition:

Unsupported suffix: ''.

Last cylinder, +cylinders or +size{K,M,G} (99-130, default 130): ^C

Expected results: a partition is created, ending 10 cylinders later
