Thank you for providing that information. I noticed I am also triaging bug 310803 which you filed, and may be related. Since the symptoms are different, we'll keep the triage separate and leave any determination about a relationship between the bugs to the developers. I will mark this bug as Triaged so a developer can begin work. It seems that the kernel team doesn't want us assigning the bugs to them anymore, but they are still notified of this bug and will proceed from there.
