Since you are the original bug reporter, I'm going to go ahead and close
this bug.  For anyone else following this bug, you'll notice the
following error:

I try

aptitude reinstall linux-headers-2.6.27-11

and the first error is

The same problem.

I think the problem could be related to the Nvidia proprietary drivers
(for CUDA) on my system.

I've got a NVIDIA 8800GTX.
Intel core2 duo  E8500 3.16Ghz
amd64 version
