I have an Gigabyte P35-DS4 Mainboard with an Onboard RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller. This bug exists for me at least since feisty. I'm not able to try the Jaunty prerelease yet, but perhaps upgrading the kernel from that release would be useful? That much I could do.
