I fix them editing krusader conifg file (located here: ~/.kde/share/config/krusaderrc) and changing the first line (changing First Time variable from false to true) and reconfiguring krusader. I have the same problem with krusader. Also, I get a similar problem with okular. Running compiz in GNOME.
