Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
When a symbolic link to a folder is moved to trash and then the trash is emptied, files contained in the folder pointed to by the symbolic link are deleted as well, which shouldn't happen. To replicate: 1) Make a test folder, let's call it "delete_me" 2) Make a test file inside the delete_me folder, let's call it "not" 3) Create a symbolic link to the test folder 4) Move the symbolic link to trash 5) Empty trash What happens: The "not" file is gone. Expected behaviour: The "not" file is not deleted.
