This bug was fixed in the package pulseaudio - 0.9.14-0ubuntu6 --- pulseaudio (0.9.14-0ubuntu6) jaunty; urgency=low * 0004_disable_autospawn.patch: Disable this patch. It doesn't seem to be related to the PCM bug. PCM is not muted and I can change the volume etc. (Actually, I can not mute the PCM channel...) I just noticed it has been fixed and I'm eager to try it out.
