[Bug 327048] Re: Open Office's icons are all gone!
I lost the text for the buttons on the toolbar as well as the icons in openoffice 2.4 using Ubuntu 8.10 with an nVidia graphics driver (version 96 [recommended]). The problem was solved when I changed the Visual Effects from Normal to None. System>Preferences>Appearance>Visual Effects tab. Thank you for this bug report. Can you try to explain in detail what the sequence of events were before you noticed this problem. Were the icons there one day and gone the next? If so, what did you do in that time? We need to see how we can reproduce this bug so as to figure out what is wrong exactly.
