Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 8.10

I use fr_CA.UTF-8 and when I try to save file with utf-8 character in
the name qcad doesn't show the right char, instead it show 2 sqares.

rm $HOME/.qt/qcadrc
Then when you start qcad, a configuration dialog appear. if you press OK then
when saving the file you cannot use special character.
if you press ESC instead of pressing OK, saving the file is working correctly.

rm $HOME/.qt/qcadrc
on the configuration dialog.
select french for GUI and command language then press ENTER, when saving the
file is correct. close qcad and reopen saving doesn't work correctly anymore.

If you need anymore information, please ask i'll be glad to help.
