[Bug 329421] Re: MSNGroups doesn't work well

2010-04-07 Thread Ricardo Ferreira
Glauco,

You can activate the option Support msn groups friendly names under
Connection, on the Preferences panel. I think this should be enabled by
default anyway. Regarding the commands problem, you must use a double
slash, telling emesene that you actually want to send that to the chat
window. e.g. //b insted of /b

2010-04-07 Thread Glauco
Thanks, Ricardo. As I'm using Karmic in my production machine, latest emesene
is not available. Just compiled v1.6 and everything is working great.
I think this bug can be closed now as fixed, but despite that option is
available to me, I don't know if I'm supposed to do that.

[Bug 329421] Re: MSNGroups doesn't work well

2009-02-24 Thread Glauco
Confirmed, everybody in messenger group chat has the group's name, instead of
his own.
Emesene also doesn't seem to accept the messenger group chat commands. The
result of any entry is command doesn't exist, maybe emesene is trying to
execute the commands itself. (should be filled another bug for this or both can
be taked as one messsenger group chat issue?)

Intrepid, emesene 1.0.1.
