What is the purpose of this package? For editing PHP files in Emacs, there is also the php-elisp package. >From their descriptions, one could be led to believe they do exactly the same thing. Probably this package should be moved to the original uploaders PPA (see https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA for explanation), as it seems clearly unsuitable for the universe repo.
