[Bug 336351] Re: WLAN-hotkey hardly bad supported at LG R500 Laptops
Thanks for your bug report. Unfortunately, because this bug is not reported against any package, it didn't get any attention during a long time. Therefore, would it be possible for you to confirm if you can still reproduce this bug with latest ubuntu version? The latest ubuntu version is currently ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala. ** Package changed: ubuntu = linux (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Assignee: zulu34sx (zulu-34-sx) = (unassigned) -- WLAN-hotkey hardly bad supported at LG R500 Laptops https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/336351 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 336351] Re: WLAN-hotkey hardly bad supported at LG R500 Laptops
This problem applies also to LG LW25 (and probably many other LG laptops). Some of the hotkeys are normal keyboard keys but some (including the wifi+bluetooth button) generate no keyboard or ACPI key events (altough the ACPI interrupt counter seems to increase). -- WLAN-hotkey hardly bad supported at LG R500 Laptops https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/336351 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 336351] Re: WLAN-hotkey hardly bad supported at LG R500 Laptops
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a regular (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find. ** This bug is no longer flagged as a security vulnerability -- WLAN-hotkey hardly bad supported at LG R500 Laptops https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/336351 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
