I've posted a new version of the -nvidia driver to our xorg-edgers PPA, would you mind testing it either on Jaunty or Karmic and see if it resolves this bug? I tried the new version, but resuming from disk still does not work. BTW, I removed the HAL document which contained my Laptops serial/service tags. That part of the automatic bug report tools sucks really big time to include such information.
