Thanks, yes I think you're right.  Also, 3137 and 49827 are probably
related.

One thing you could try is installing displayconfig-gtk and see if you
can set up the resolutions using that tool.

Otherwise, the workaround is to hand-edit your xorg.conf to add in the
missing resolution (and add/fix/remove the refresh rates as needed).
