Can you specify which version of deluge you are using? The deluge devs are currently releasing regular updates. As an addition to this it also looses the hash data so it has to recheck when reloading. I'm assuming it doesnt catch the sigterm. This is very annoying when using a lot of torrents (I have some 100 torrents quite a lot of which are linux dists > 3GB so takes a while to re check.
