I am using Ubuntu Jaunty and when powering off the Laptop (Toshiba satellite 
A100-1HY) it seems that all is working except powering it off at the end of the 
shutdown process. I see the progress bar finishing and then only a black screen 
with a cursor blinking, and nothing happens (So i am forced to shut down it 
directly pressing the power off button for 10 seconds).
I tried to add some options such as hpet=disable and acpi=off to the kernel but 
nothing changes.
It was working with the Jaunty alpha 4.
