Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-applets
On Intrepid the cpu frequency scaling was set to "ondemand" after reboot. In Janty beta it is now "performance". Is this on purpose? Then it should at least respect my last setting before shutdown. On multi-core I have to change the scaling on each cpu separately. On Intrepid changing CPU0 to "ondemand" changed the behavior on both - which I find more reasonable.
