Forgot to say, the device does work. It is just impossible to manage the
volume of the headset withtout locking the volume applet

Screenshot of the volume applet locking.

It occurs when the volume applet is clicked --> Volume Control -->
Switch the device to Logitech USB Headset. Raise/Lower volume --> Switch
back to HDA Intel or another sound device. The volume applet will lock
until killed and the device unplugged.
