Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
I had intrepid-backports repository in my sources.list running update-manager -d while jaunty in beta. When retrieving packages lists from repositories, update-manager couldn't find jaunty-backports (supposedly because it isn't active yet), and that prevented update-manager from going on. I think those repositories should be disabled during update, at least before release date.
