Yes. I print web page from google chrome(Version 23.0.1271.95) or firefox(17.0.1) and the page setting is set to A4 Landscape mode and Pages per side is 2, the margins of the resulting file will be much larger than in A4 "Portrait" mode. It is happened on Ubuntu 12.10. I confirmed my two PC which was upgraded from ubuntu12.04. The bug happened on epson epson-pm-t960 and epson lp s3000.
