Hi,
I have noticed that since my upgrade to Jaunty I have a drastic drop of
my FPS reported by glxgears. To ensure that it was not the old driver
that was borked after the upgrade, I tested with Intrepid and Jaunty
Live CDs.
Here I attach the reports that I have computed on the problem on the 2
systems.
=> on Intrepid
6555 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1310.811 FPS
6690 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1337.869 FPS
6631 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1326.031 FPS
6574 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1314.737 FPS
=> on Jaunty
2251 frames in 5.0 seconds = 450.157 FPS
2285 frames in 5.0 seconds = 456.949 FPS
