Yep. When using kdebase-workspace version 4.2.85-0ubuntu2 and kdebase version 4.2.85-0ubuntu1, this problem (and all others) are fixed. I have the same problem (and more) as of yesterday. I had assumed that maybe all of the KDE4.3b1 packages hadn't been uploaded yet and that my issues were caused by version mismatches. BTW - I worked around my issue by backleveling the kdelibs-bin package yesterday. KDE 4.3 beta 1 isn't completely built or uploaded yet. kdebase- workspace, kdebindings and kdepim for example are not yet packaged or uploaded.
