Yes its reproducible, open or create a folder on the desktop then close it again causing the entire desktop area to be refreshed. But, I had observed that this does not happen to the secondary account I created. Refresh as in all items located on Desktop including auto mounted drives disappear and re-appear. Normally, closing an opened folder does not automatically Refresh the Desktop. Only when you press F5 function key (Desktop is focused) that it refreshes the Desktop. I'll observe this for now as things seems to be on their right function as of the moment, closing opened folder does not automatically refresh the Desktop.
