The old ubuntu theme has now been removed from the community help wiki. Four of those point the official documentation and and one to the main page of the community docs. The problem is that the links(tabs) to official documentations haven't been updated since 8.04. There is no link to the official documentations for 8.10 and 9.04. There should be.
