Never again? Empathy works very nice! BUT, I'm surprised about the lack of user settings Empathy provides! and I mean very IMPORTANT if Linux software wants to be a very nice alternative to Apple/Windows ones. We are talking about THE messaging software installed by default in Ubuntu and many other distributions. No official themes support no custom status on startup no system startup! Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix.
