Public bug reported: I have a Samsung N120 netbook, where the wifi refuses to work. I'm running Karmic Koala 9.10, fully updated as of 090616.
lspci tells me the wireless chipset is: 02:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Device [10ec:8192] (rev 01) I've tried installing linux-restricted-modules-generic and linux- backports-modules-karmic, but nm-applet still thinks I have no wireless card installed. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Samsung N120 wireless fails in Karmic https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/387875 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
