You are correct. Ubuntu does not own it but the owners put the PPA on the launchpad site. Thank you for your bug report. I do not believe there is a package called moovidia in Ubuntu. That would mean this bug does not apply to Ubuntu but needs to be sent to the person(s) running the PPA you downloaded the package from. Could you report your problem with them or correct me if I am wrong?
