Public bug reported:

In a podcast's properties there's a field named "Title", which is
available for editing and allows changing podcast's name into something
convenient. The problem is, only ASCII characters can be used in this
field.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Right-click on any podcast (left panel of gpodder's main window), select
"Edit" from the context menu.
2. Put something non-ASCII in the "Title" field (I use cyrillics, but symbols
like "ä" or "å" are sufficient to reproduce the bug).
3. Click the "Close" button.

Result: the properties window won't close. It can be closed by clicking
"X" button in window's header, but then the new title does not apply
(and doesn't survive gpodder's restart). More than that, the podcast in
question can not be updated until gpodder is restarted.

Expected behaviour: the properties window closes, podcast has new title
in the left panel of the main window. Expected behaviour can be observed
if only ASCII characters are used in step 2.

Bug spotted on gPodder 0.14.0 in Ubuntu 9.04 64bit.
